Cancellation Policy

Deposit Required - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your service total. Cancellation and Rescheduling-Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or 72 hrs to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Arrivals- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. Fills-To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 50% of your extensions remaining. Otherwise, a full set will be required. Clean Lashes-Please arrive with clean, make-up free lashes. NO Guests or Children-To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, only clients being serviced are allowed in the suite studio. Refunds- Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. If you have any allergies or medical issues that I need to be aware of, it’s your responsibility to notify me prior to your service appt. If you experience an issue, please contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up. If I sense messiness you will be banded from booking future services by KiwiEsthetics. While we are happy to provide services, KiwiEsthetics cannot guarantee retention when hormonal fluctuations are present. Some clients may require more frequent fills, and refunds or complimentary touch-ups will not be provided for retention issues related to hormonal changes, medical conditions, medications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
