🌿 Brow Shaping & Tint Policy At KiwiEsthetics, we take pride in providing safe and customized brow services to enhance your natural beauty. Please review the following guidelines before booking: 📅 Booking & Appointments • All brow services are by appointment only. • Please arrive on time with clean skin around the brow area (no makeup, lotions, or oils). • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50–100% service fee. 🌿 Pre-Treatment Guidelines • Avoid using retinol, AHA/BHA acids, or other exfoliating products around the brow area for at least 3–5 days before your appointment. • Please do not wax, tweeze, or tint your brows at home prior to your appointment. • A patch test is recommended for all new tint clients at least 24–48 hours before your first service. 💧 Aftercare Guidelines • Keep brows dry and avoid steam, sweat, and makeup for at least 24 hours after tinting. • Avoid rubbing or harsh cleansing on the brow area. • Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser and moisturizer around the brows to extend tint longevity. • Tint typically lasts 1–2 weeks, depending on skin type and lifestyle. ⚠️ Health & Safety • Please notify us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before your service. • Brow tinting may not be suitable for clients with open cuts, infections, or skin irritation in the brow area. ⸻ ✨ By booking your appointment at KiwiEsthetics, you agree to the policies outlined above.
