KiwiEsthetics Facial & Body Treatments Policy At KiwiEsthetics, we strive to provide safe, relaxing, and effective treatments. Please review the following policies: 📅 Booking & Appointments • All facial and body treatments are by appointment only. • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any intake forms and settle in. • Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50–100% service fee. 🌿 Pre-Treatment Guidelines • Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or exfoliating treatments (such as peels or scrubs) 24–48 hours before your service. • Discontinue use of strong acne/anti-aging products (like retinoids or acids) at least 3–5 days before facial treatments. • For body treatments, please shower prior to your appointment and avoid heavy lotions or oils. ⚠️ Health & Safety • Please inform your esthetician of any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns. • Some treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, nursing, or on certain medications. • Your safety and comfort are always prioritized. 🙏 Respect & Comfort • We want you to fully relax and enjoy your experience.
